This is an interview with an X-pro bicycle racer who took the wrong path to fitness and ended up burning himself out. This is a hard sport that can chew you up and spit you out. In later shows, I'll touch on this subject again but for right now I thought I would leave you with this short confession from a rider who didn't quite make it to the top.
